The landscape has many rolling hills, rivers, and a trail throughout the property for horseback riding, bicycle riding, walking, or jogging. Communitiy tennis courts, horse
stables, and a large gazebo and party area will also be available.
Penonome is located 9 miles South of
La Pintada Estates and is a quaint well
manicured town that hosts all the necessities of living.The area has a mature municipal and
business infastructure as well as several grocery stores, bakeries, pharmacies, banks and many
other retailers!

In February, Penonome is the site for a large Carnival celebration which attracts
people from all over Panama, including Panama City. La Pintada is a Short 30 minute
drive to many peaceful, uncrowded white
sandy beaches such as Santa Clara, Playa Blanca, and the all includive DeCameron beach resort! Several championship golf courses are also local! Penonome hosts a small airport for charter or private flights and the Pan American highway is easily accesible from La Pintada Estates, for travel to Panama City.
